About

Applied AI for how your business
actually operates

Rochester, Nashville, and Palm Bay. Built from more than a decade of technology advisory experience, real operator relationships, and practical AI systems work.

The story

Paul and Eric founded Integritas Advisory in 2015 with a simple focus: help organizations make better technology decisions and stand behind the work after the decision is made.

Over more than a decade, that advisory business built something difficult to shortcut: trust with working operators, a channel of more than 250 technology partners, and a reputation for helping clients scope, source, and deliver practical technology solutions.

Integritas Labs was created as the applied-AI systems arm of that same operating model.

The trigger was simple. Our customers had started trying AI tools, and many had been disappointed by prototypes that never shipped, strategy decks that produced nothing, or vendors who confused a demo with a working system.

They did not need another AI pitch. They needed someone to understand the work, build the system, deploy it, and stand behind it.

That is what Integritas Labs does. We build AI systems around the way a business actually operates: real workflows, real approvals, real data, and real operational constraints.

Leadership team

The people who lead the work

Our leadership team brings together advisory, revenue, architecture, governance, and delivery experience. We have sat across from the operators we now serve, managed complex technology decisions, and built systems that need to work beyond the demo.

Paul Miller

He has spent his career sitting across from operators, listening to what is actually broken, and helping shape practical paths forward.

Behind the leadership team is a deeper bench of engineers, domain specialists, and channel partners we have worked alongside for years. We bring the right people into each engagement based on the problem, not just the names on this page.

What we believe

01

Applied AI is a systems discipline, not a research project.

The value is in the deployed, governed system, not the model in isolation.

02

Buyer-side experience matters.

Every project has an operator on our team who has sat in the customer’s seat.

03

Reusable IP improves the next engagement.

Owning what we build lets us serve the next customer better than we served the last one.

04

Trust is earned in production, not on stage.

A demo proves nothing. A system that runs every month proves the work.

Start with a conversation

We begin with an introductory meeting to understand your business, your workflows, and where your team believes an AI system could help. If there is a clear fit, we move into structured discovery and planning, then build around the tools and processes you already use.
